Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return or Exchange Requests
NOTES customers are eligible to exchange a product, provided the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original purchase invoice. This must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns for a refund must be requested within 3 days of receipt.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
NOTES customers are eligible to exchange or return a product that has a manufacturing defect, provided the original purchase invoice is presented. This must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.

Important & Conditions:
• Refunds are processed via bank transfer and may take up to 10 business days to complete.
• Defective products will be replaced with a new one after contacting customer service. The replacement process will be completed within 5 business days.
• The customer will not bear any shipping fees if the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect.
• The customer must present the original invoice for any exchange or return.
• For oud returns, the amount used must not exceed 10% of the total gram weight.
• Exchange or return of oud is permitted only if the usage does not exceed 15% of the total product.
• The refund value for oud will be calculated based on the quantity returned or exchanged.
• NOTES reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. If an order is cancelled, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method or via bank transfer.
• Purchased samples cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Offers & Promotions
If a discount code or promotion is active, it cannot be applied to a product that is already discounted.

Shipping & Delivery
Additional shipping or customs fees may be applied to international orders. These fees vary from country to country. These charges are imposed by the destination country, and we have no authority over their value as they are subject to the legislation and laws of the country to which the shipment is destined.
