If a discount code or promotion is active, it cannot be applied to a product that is already discounted.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic & International Shipping
• Shipping and delivery are executed by a third party (a specialized shipping company). Therefore, NOTES is not responsible for any delays that occur after the order has been handed over to the carrier.
• The customer will be provided with a tracking number, when available, to enable them to track the shipment status directly with the shipping company.
Data & Address Responsibility
• The data entered by the customer during checkout is used directly to generate the shipping waybill and is automatically sent to the shipping company.
• The customer is responsible for any fees or delays resulting from an incorrect address or any modifications made after the order has been shipped.
• We highly recommend double-checking the name, address, and contact number for accuracy before finalizing the order.
International Shipping
• Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be imposed on international orders by the destination country.
• These fees are not included in the charges by NOTES. We have no control over their value or application, as they are subject to the regulations and laws of the destination country.
• The responsibility for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes lies solely with the recipient customer.
Additional Notes:
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are automatically calculated at checkout based on the geographic destination.
• While we ensure secure packaging and prompt dispatch, we kindly ask for our customers’ understanding that circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions or international shipping issues) may occasionally lead to delivery delays.
Return & Exchange Policy
First: For Returns or Exchanges
NOTES customers are eligible to exchange a product, provided the product is unopened, in its original condition, and with the original purchase invoice, within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns for a refund must be requested within 3 days of receipt.
Second: For Damaged or Defective Products
NOTES customers are eligible to exchange or return a product that has a manufacturing defect, provided the original purchase invoice is presented, within 3 days of receiving the product.
Important :
• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer and may take up to 10 business days to complete.
• Defective products will be replaced with a new one after contacting customer service, a process which will be completed within 5 business days.
• The customer will not bear any shipping fees if the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect.
• The customer must present the original invoice for any exchange or return.
• For oud returns, the amount used must not exceed 10% of the total weight.
• The refund value for oud will be calculated based on the quantity returned or exchanged.
• NOTES reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. If an order is cancelled, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method or via bank transfer.
• Purchased samples cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
